I read an interesting fact in the book, "The Hazards of Space Travel: A Tourist's Guide." which some might already know, however, I still wish to blog about it. Why? Cause miracle coincidentals should be remembered isn't it? ^.^
"Rocky and metallic space debris less than a dozen yards or so across are called METEOROIDS. When a meteoroid enters our atmosphere, air friction heats it and causes it to begin vapourizing, which leaves a tail behind it. This debris is then called a METEOR. If any of a meteor lands intact, it becomes a METEORITE."
